We will accept returns up to 14 days after they have been received. Please email us to arrange returns.

We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition.

Once the package is received we will refund the value of the transaction.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return and refund. It can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund in your account. If you have any problems with your order, we ask that you let us know within 7 days.

We have a £5.99 returns fee via Royal Mail. You can return any unwanted product to us for a refund or gift card up to 14 days after receipt as per our returns policy. All items must be in a re-saleable condition and meet the returns criteria shown on the returns page. Please ensure that the items you return are sent back with all swing tags and labels attached with the original packaging. Once your return has been delivered to our UK warehouse, please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the order is faulty in which case a full refund will be issued.
